These terms apply to the Rabbitry apps and services (the "Service"): the Rabbitry web app at web.ourrabbitry.com and the Rabbitry apps for Android and iOS. The Service is provided by Muhammad Hassan, a sole trader in Finland ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@ourrabbitry.com.

1. Subscriptions and fees

Rabbitry is free to use for up to 10 rabbits. Paid plans (50, 100, 200, 300, 400 or unlimited rabbits and breeding logs) are sold as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

A subscription is linked to the Rabbitry account you were signed in with when you bought it, and unlocks the same plan in the web app and the Android and iOS apps when you sign in with that account.

2. Who sells your subscription

• Web purchases (web.ourrabbitry.com): our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about billing and handles returns, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Prices include VAT or sales tax where applicable.
• In-app purchases on Android or iOS are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Web subscriptions: use the link in your Paddle receipt email or Manage subscription in the web app's Premium screen. Google Play / App Store subscriptions: use your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.

4. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Suspension

If a payment fails or these terms are seriously breached, we may suspend paid features until the issue is resolved. Your records aren't deleted because of a failed payment; your account falls back to the free plan.

6. Your data and photos

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Rabbitry records you enter can be accessed by the system administrator to provide support and improve the product. Photos of rabbits and litter kits may be shared on our Instagram page @rabbitryapp; human faces or personal information are never shown. If you don't want your photos shared, email us and we won't use photos from your rabbitry.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, change or stop parts of the Service. If we stop the Service, we'll give users at least 30 days' notice. Your paid use isn't contingent on any future features.

8. Use of the app

You may not copy or modify the app, extract its source code, or use our trademarks. The app and all related intellectual property rights belong to Muhammad Hassan. Keep your device and account secure. Some features need an internet connection, and your mobile provider's data charges may apply.

9. Liability

We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but calculations, reminders and reports are aids and don't replace your own judgement or veterinary advice. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses. This doesn't affect liability that can't be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and important changes will be announced in the app.
